7:30pm Thursday 5th November 2026 – The Killara Centre, Camperdown.

Arnold Beckoff, is a sharp-witted drag performer in New York City, as he searches for love, stability, and acceptance. Across a series of relationships, Arnold confronts heartbreak, loss, and the challenges of building a family on his own terms. His desire for domestic happiness is tested by societal prejudice and a fraught relationship with his disapproving mother.

As he adopts a son and redefines what family means, Arnold struggles to balance vulnerability with resilience. Blending humour and pathos, the film offers a deeply personal portrait of identity, grief, and chosen family in the face of intolerance.
