In this 2017 charming French comedy, written and directed by Éric Toledano and Olivier Nakache, Max (Jean-Pierre Bacri) is a battle-weary wedding planner working on his last luxury wedding in a 17th century French castle. The celebration soon gets out of control, as Max must deal with a volatile, foul-mouthed assistant, missing staff, rebellious waiters, an egocentric groom, broken electrical system and substitute DJ, turning every moment of joy and emotion into a disaster ending in chaos. They tackle it all, sometimes successfully, other times failing spectacularly, as the night builds toward an unexpected climax.
